Parking

There is ample parking at the Chalet at Mountainside for registered guests (4 cars). You must park in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

NOTE: ALL CARS ENTERING BIG BASS LAKE COMMUNITY MUST BE REGISTER WITH SECURITY BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE CHALET. UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES ARE SUBJECT TO A $250.00 FINE (PER CAR) BILLED DIRECTLY TO RENTER.

Once you check in your car and guests, you can enter and leave as needed without further trips to gate. Keep the tag on your rearview mirror.

Security patrols regularly Big Bass Lake Community and reports any cars not registered.

Cars that must be charged are subject to addtional fees due to the cost of electricity. Please let me know if you own an electric car.

Speed limit within Big Bass Lake is 25 miles per hour. Speeding is strictly enforced and violations are the car owner's responsibility. This is for the safety of our children and members as well as our wildlife.
